Oscar Sanchez
Safety Manager
Oscar is in charge of our safety department overseeing all locations, based in our Houston HQ offices. Oscar has been with Top Logistics since its initiation in 2010 and has been instrumental in attaining a satisfactory safety rating for our company each year.
James Watkins
Operations Manager
James manages the operations of our Chicago terminal, overseeing all departments for this office. He's been managing this terminal since it opened in 2012, and has contributed to the growth of this office. James holds 20+ years of experience in the shipping and transportation industry, with many years working for MSC managing customer relations, and the relations between carriers and trucking companies. He enjoys fishing, BBQs and spending time with family and friends.
Natalie de la Fuente-Blumberg
Fleet Services Manager
Natalie is in charge of all matters concerning Top Logistics' drivers. She manages the drivers' payroll and reporting, plus ensures our trucks are in optimal condition before hitting the road. Natalie has been with Top Logistics since 2014 and is a delight to have in our team with her contagious energy. She enjoys kickboxing, cooking Mexican food, and singing along her favorite beat.
Danyell Santiago
Operations Manager
Danyell overseas all inbound/outbound cargo, deliveries and pickups at our Houston terminal. She also manages the dispatch staff, and has been with the company since 2016. She brings many years of experience in the industry, working as a dispatcher previous to joining our team. She is a sports fan, and enjoys cooking for family and friends.
Lexi Wiggins
Cost Control Supervisor
Lexi is part of our corporate team based in Houston and is responsible for overseeing our Cost Control, invoicing and the administration of
all of Top Logistics' cost related items. She is a native Texan and graduate from Texas A&M Supply Chain Management's program where
her internship was based at a Dallas trucking company. Prior to joining Top Logistics, she worked for Seaco Global as a Customer Service
and Operations Executive for their Americas team.
Mike Knorr
Customer Service Manager
Mike is based in Chicago and is in charge of all customer related matters.
Prince Kambale Marhorha
Dispatch Manager
Based in our Chicago office, Prince has been with Top Logistics since 2014 and is in charge of the daily delivery schedule for our drivers. Prince also assists our Safety Manager with road safety training to ensure our drivers comply with DOT regulations. He helps with the recruitment of drivers and office staff, and in maintaining good relations with our customers. Prior to joining the transportation industry, Prince managed Communications and IT with the UN Transition Admin office in East Timor.
